An individualized therapy approach to navigating life’s journey
Welcome! I am a Brooklyn-based licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including a school, hospital, university, women's health start-up, and primary care office. I have worked with clients of all ages navigating life's many challenges.
I believe that therapy can look different for everyone. Some people utilize therapy only during a challenging time whereas others prefer having consistent weekly, biweekly, or monthly check-ins. I believe there is no right or one-size-fits-all way to approach therapy! Together we can work on creating a safe space tailored to your individual needs.
